Hi Chef Z!

It's Emma from Tri Delt! I am now a graduate and I really miss you and your cooking! I was wondering if you would be willing to share your recipe for the veggie burgers you used to make for us. Now that I am out on my own, I'd like to try to make them myself.
I hope you are doing well!

Dear Chef Z,
We want to thank you for your intensive, in-house B & B cooking course! What a benefit to learn all the time-saving techniques to prepare gourmet meals in a jiffy for our hungry guests!

Your creativity has enhanced our presentations so much that our guests continually compliment our presentation, and many run back upstairs – after giving stern commands to their companions not to touch a thing – to grab their cameras and photograph their plates.

Your energy, creativity, knowledge, and sparkling personality blessed our hearts, home, and business, and we can’t wait to have you back again!

Dear Chef Z,
I had a blast yesterday and am very impressed with what I learned during the BASIC COOKING 101 class. I used my $5.00 coupon today at All Good groceries & made Ron the Zucchini dish which he now "likes better than salad". I also made the sweet potatoes, green beans and honey - could not find sesame seeds so I used sun flower seeds. NOT as good as yours but Ron didn't know the difference. :-) I also did the Salmon with potato chips& he loved it. I do want to attend more classes, it was well worth the money
spent.

Chef Z,
I had a blast at your "30 MINUTE GOURMET" class last week! I’ve made the chicken, the grape salad (now my personal favorite!), and the dessert. I actually do not own a meat pounder/tenderizer, and I discovered WHY you should pound the meat so flat. However, it was still yummy! Just not as pretty as yours was.
